Considering it's age the lens comes in good condition. Minor hazy. Lens head is fitted to Arri std focus mount. But can be used only for macro this way. The wide back of the lens head won't allow it to fit closer to the Arri film. Remounted to something else will allow infinity focus ofcourse. Comes with hood. We can rate it 8 out of 10
